I didn't start my career in a corporate training department. I started in classrooms — leading teams, coaching teachers, and designing learning for real people with real resistance to change.
That background gave me something most consultants don't have: I know how adults actually learn. Not in theory — in practice, under pressure, across cultures.
Today, I work with organisations across Saudi Arabia to close the skills gaps that matter most: leadership, communication, and the kind of soft skills that are anything but soft when business results are on the line.
I hold a CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development, and I design learning that's grounded in andragogy, aligned to your business goals, and built for the GCC context — not borrowed from a Western template.
